This one-day in-house course is aimed at managers and team leaders who wish to improve their overall communication skills with their team/staff. It is run by an experienced internal communications professional and looks at effective verbal and non-verbal communication, communicating to different sizes/types of audiences, managing difficult messages and successful team communication. The day is built around a series of best practice examples and practical exercises. What will I learn? Delegates will have a clearer understanding of the key elements of good staff/team communication, be more aware of their personal communication style and have learnt techniques that will help them communicate more effectively and more confidently with those they manage and lead. ‘Building Communication Skills’ can be run in-house or at a venue of your choice and can accommodate up to ten delegates per course.
